When Kawasaki Motors Corp., U.S.A., unveiled the V-twin-powered Prairie® 650 4x4 in 2001, it changed every idea of what constituted a four-wheel-drive all-terrain vehicle (ATV).
True to its innovative approach to ATV design and penchant for creating ultra-high-performance products, Kawasaki has again changed all the rules and conceptions, only this time it's in the world of sport ATVs.
The Kawasaki KFX700 V Force™ is the first sport ATV in the industry to feature a V-twin engine. It has set new standards for power, control, handling and comfort that until now have not existed in one single sport ATV.
"The V Force offers instantaneous power delivery, tracks precisely thanks to its racing-style chassis, yet is easy to ride because of its fully automatic transmission," said Jim Williams, ATV product manager for Kawasaki.
